This site presents legacy software developed within the MRC CAiTE centre (now the MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit) at the University of Bristol, UK. Several of the programs listed have been published in peer-reviewed journals. If you use these programs please cite the relevant paper.

Please note that this software is provided to support original publications, but is no longer actively maintained. We do not have the resources to implement any changes to the code, but if you are interested in forking, adapting or further developing any of these programs please get in touch (see Biocompute website for contact details)
