About

HAPlotype Regional Association analysis Program (HAPRAP) is an empirical iterative method, which enables fine mapping using summary statistics and haplotype information from an individual-level reference panel.

HAPRAP was developed collaboratively by MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit, University of Bristol. The site is hosted by University of Bristol. Major developers include Jie Zheng, Santi Rodriguez, Tom Gaunt and Ian Day
